From October 1st, 2021, the Australian Government and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) will require Australian Vapers to hold a prescription before importing nicotine e-liquid products (“unapproved medicines”) under the Personal Importation Scheme.

How do I get a Prescription?, all Quit Clinics doctors have been approved by the TGA as Authorised Prescribers of Nicotine, including vaping products.

Alternatively, you can consult your GP to discuss your requirements. If your GP is not willing to support you, there are several Australian doctors who can help via traditional consultations and online consultations. ATHRA has created a list of Australian Doctors who may be able to assist.
