All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse, using the DHL Express Airfreight method, meaning you can rest assured your order will arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch to any Metro location within Australia. Orders to regional locations may take a little longer as they are forwarded on for final delivery using third party couriers once they arrive to the nearest Metro distribution centre in Australia.
When it comes to shipping costs, we have done our best to keep this as simple as possible too! Any order below $150 will attract a $20 shipping charge, while for any orders above $150, shipping is FREE! Either way, your order will be shipped using DHL Express which is the fastest possible courier on the market.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping Process
Most orders received before 11am NZT are shipped the same working day and in most cases arrive within 2-3 business days, if not faster! In very rare circumstances, there may be a delay of a day or two, should there be any processing delays through the courier service or customs. Unfortunately, these processes are outside of our control, so there is not much we can do to expedite them, although this does not stop us from trying and this is something we work on improving every single day. If your shipment is somewhat delayed for any reason, there’s no need to worry, as it doesn’t mean something has gone wrong, it is just a simple manual processing delay which is usually taken care of within a day and your shipment will be underway again.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates on the progress of your shipment from DHL directly, so you can always reach out to them on 13 14 06 and their customer service team will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have, or any changes you’d like to make, such as the way in which you’d like your parcels delivered.
Keep in mind however, we are not able to accept deliveries to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers, we do require your full residential or business address to complete your delivery.
